Purpose

EDRCrMnMo-15

用于堆焊铸钢或锻钢作坯体的热锻模，也可用于修复5CrMnMo、5CrNiMo、5CrNiSiW钢制的旧锻模，或堆焊高强度耐磨零件。

Hot forging die for surfacing cast or forged steel as billet, also can be used to repair 5CrMnMo, 5CrNiMo, 5CrNiSiW steel old forging die, or surfacing high strength wear parts.

EDCr-A1-03

这是一种通用性的表面堆焊用焊条，用于堆焊工作温度在450℃以下的碳钢或合金钢的轴及阀门等。

EDCr-A2-15                                                

用来堆焊工作温度在510℃以下的中温高压截止阀密封面。闸阀密封面应将本焊条与D577焊条配合使用（阀座与阀瓣分别用以上两种焊条）。

It is used for surfacing sealing surface of medium temperature and high pressure globe valve with working temperature below 510℃. The sealing surface of gate valve shall be used in combination with D577 electrode (seat and disc respectively with the above two kinds of electrode).

EDZ-A1-08

用于农用机械、矿山设备等承受砂粒磨损与轻微冲击的零件。

Used for agricultural machinery, mining equipment and other parts to withstand sand wear and slight impact.

用于堆焊承受轻微的冲击载荷，但要求具有良好的抗磨粒磨损性能的耐磨表面。如锤击式磨煤机锤头，风扇式磨煤机冲击板等。

It is used for surfacing to withstand slight impact load, but it requires a wear-resistant surface with good abrasive wear resistance. Such as hammer - type coal mill hammer, fan - type coal mill impact plate.

EDZCr-C-15

用于堆焊要求耐强烈磨损、耐腐蚀和耐气蚀的场合，例如石油工业中离心裂化泵轴套，矿山破碎机部件及柴油机引擎上的气门盖等。

For surfacing welding requirements of strong wear, corrosion and cavitation resistance, such as centrifugal cracking pump shaft sleeve in the petroleum industry, mine crusher components and diesel engine valve cover.

EDZCr-D-15

用于要求强烈耐磨损的场合，如牙轮钻头小轴、煤孔挖掘器、提升戽斗、破碎机辊、泵框筒、混合器叶片等。

Used in situations requiring strong wear resistance, such as roller bit shaft, coal hole digger, elevator bucket, crusher roller, pump barrel, mixer blade, etc.

EDW-A-15

用于堆焊耐岩石强烈磨损之机械零件，如混凝土搅拌机叶片、推土机和泵浦叶片、挖泥机叶片、高速混砂箱等。

Used for surfacing mechanical parts resistant to rock wear, such as concrete mixer blades, bulldozer and pump blades, dredger blades, high speed sand mixing box, etc.
